Below are some of the websites that we've worked on in the past, both "brochure websites" which act as online presentations of our clients, whether they be businesses or individuals, and "e-commerce websites" which allow our clients to sell their products and services online.

The list also shows some of our systems or web applications, functional and efficient online tools that we created and developed to promote better productivity for businesses and individuals alike.

CHAMFEST

We worked with Chamonix All Year to create the website for the CHAMFEST festival, which had its inaugural edition in June 2018.

A modern website, full of colours, informative and easy to navigate.

Amano Designs

We developed the website for Amano Designs, a new business in the Chamonix valley offering interior design services as well as management and rental of high-end chalets.

This website is an example of integration of our Jigsaw.Solutions system, property management system, by retrieving the rates and availability directly from the system.

Alpine Massage

The old website was completely obsolete in terms of technology, and therefore needed upgrading. This was also an opportunity to modernise the general presentation, from dark to light and pastel colours.

Aquarelles Cassy

A new website for the Chamonix based water-colours artist "Cassy" (Sylvie Canale). The aim of the website was to offer a modern and attractive website to help showcase the paintings of Cassy, and be able to easily edit contents without the need to get a developer involved.

Chalet Cerisier, Chamonix

Modernising of the presentation website for Chalet Cerisier located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The website needed to be updated to modern standards and be made responsive so it displays nicely on all types of devices (smartphones, tablets, computers...).

Chamonix All Year

The Chamonix All Year website was developed by another communications agency, powered by the "open-source" WordPress platform.

The website being a large website with lots of content and an integration with a property management system, Chamonix All Year asked Sesame Web to optimise the site to help improve its loading times and general performances.

By combining the various themes into one, and regrouping and removing all superfluous contents from all scripts, then removing all unnecessary "plugins", we achieved a much shorter loading time, and the global ranking of the website gained several million places as soon as the optimised version was published.

We also improved the navigation of the website to help provide a better user experience on all types of devices (computers, tablets, mobiles).

Evergreen Endurance

We are proud to have realised the website for Chamonix's new sporting event: the very exciting Evergreen Endurance Triathlon. This website has a very graphical presentation, and is full responsive to various screen widths, meaning it displays adequately on desktops, tablets and mobile phones.

Oleti

The first project we've worked on since the launch of Sesame Web, O'Leti was built using our very own content management system (CMS) - Seeds CMS. This system offers the professional, reliable and easy-to-use experience which our busy clients require.

In early 2018 with Flore we updated the website for more modernity and a change of the information regarding the services she offers.

Kids OT

This website for a children's occupational therapist based in Co. Kildare, Ireland was built with a fun kids theme, taking our inspiration from their existing logo. The background changes every 20 seconds, rotating through different lively images.

Chamonix Hiking Club

The website is the home of the Chamonix Hiking Club. Our client wanted to be able to update the site easily and regularly, as well as updating events that his subscribers would be able to confirm their attendance too, as well as adding photos and more information. The background image changes regularly.

TIMA.IO - Time Management

Originally conceived as a personal tool to record hours worked, holiday, tasks and notes, TIMA.io has evolved into an online solution aimed at individuals and businesses who wish to track, record and analyse time spent on work projects.

It is open to the public - all you need to get started is a user account (available for free). Some tools are only available as part of one of our affordable subscriptions.

Jigsaw.Solutions

Jigsaw is a bespoke web application created for a client who wished to consolidate property management data for their portfolio of properties (apartments, chalets etc.). Key features include a tool to take and manage biannual inventories, tasks tracker to analyse time spent and costs incurred, and a linen stock management system for bedding, towels etc. The application provides a centralised database for all acquired knowledge about each property, allowing for better productivity in the business.

Carbon Calculator

We created a carbon footprint calculator that a person can use to find out and potentially offset the emissions of carbon gasses linked to a trip.

The calculator handles various modes of travel: flight, car, motorbike and bus. The volumes of emissions are calculated based on official data and emission factors provided by French and European environment agencies.

The calculator was initially created to allow athletes taking part in the Evergreen Endurance triathlons to offset the carbon emissions caused by their travels, but is also available to any other entity or business wishing to integrate in their own website in a "white label" mode.

The funds collected via the calculator are handled by Evergreen Endurance, and will help fund local environment projects in and around the Chamonix valley.
